Based on our extensive VTech KidiZoom Duo 5.0 review we were impressed by the camera's capabilities, noting how it was built to last, and designed that even a pre-school child can use it was only minimal tuition. VTech bills this is a camera suitable for 3-9 year olds - but its toy-like build probably means that seven is the maximum age we'd recommend it for.
You get a 5-megapixel camera with enough internal memory to shoot 200 stills - and if you want more capacity, there is the option to get a microSD card. There is a selfie camera too - although this is restricted to 640x480-pixel resolution. It can also shoot video, and has some built-in games and effects to add to the fun.
