Get an extra $100 off the Nikon Z5 with this trade-in bonus
In the month leading up to the release of the Nikon Z5, you can trade in any camera and get an extra $100 bonus
The Nikon Z5 hasn't even been fully released yet, but Nikon have announced an interesting introductory trade-in offer for any photographer interested in investing in their brand new mirrorless camera. Essentially, any photographer looking to upgrade to the Nikon Z5 will be able to trade in their camera and receive an extra $100 bonus from now up until 27 September 2020.
You don't have to already be a Nikon photographer to take advantage of this deal – you can trade in any camera to receive this $100 bonus (on top of the trade in value of your piece of kit).

In order to take advantage of this deal, you'll need to visit the Nikon trade-in website and get a quote for your camera. Then you'll need to purchase the Nikon Z5. After that, it's simply a case of sending Nikon your old camera. Nikon will check over the camera to ensure it's in the same condition that you listed and, if everything is in order, they will then send you a refund to the value of the trade-in value plus the $100 bonus.
If you wanted to trade in a Nikon D610 for the Nikon Z5, you could expect to earn back a total saving of $350. Meanwhile, if you're a Canon user interested in taking the leap over to Nikon mirrorless, you could trade in the Canon EOS 6D for a total saving of $450.
While you will only receive the $100 bonus if you trade in your camera for a Nikon Z5, you can still trade in your camera for any of the new Nikon Z cameras, including the Nikon Z7, Nikon Z6 and Nikon Z50. Check out the trade-in calculator here. Meanwhile, for the full list of terms and conditions, visit the Nikon USA trade-in page.
