Fujifilm’s rise in popularity seems to have made sales on the brand’s most popular favorites a rarity. But a high-end Fujifilm mirrorless favorite with a kit lens has dropped by $200 in the US: The Fujifilm X-T5.

The $200 discount is only for the X-T5 paired with the 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR kit lens. The body-only version of the popular camera remains at list price.

But that discount puts the bundle at the lowest price it's been all year, according to Amazon price trackers. The $2,199 price has only been lower prior to the 2025 tariff price increases, when the lowest the kit sat was $2,099.

Fujifilm X-T5 with 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR: was $2,399 now $2,199 at Adorama

This deal pairs the Fujifilm favorite X-T5 with an excellent compact kit lens. The X-T5 sits at the top of the best Fujifilm cameras for its mix of functional yet classic design, 40.2MP sensor, and fast 15 fps mechanical shutter burst speed.

Adorama pairs the camera and lens with a 128GB memory card, cleaning kit, extra battery, and filter kit. B&H also has the deal and pairs the camera and lens with a 128GB memory card and a camera bag.

The Fujifilm X-T5 sits at the top of DCW’s best Fujifilm camera list for its blend of style and tech. The 40.2MP APS-C sensor is used in a handful of Fujifilm’s more high-end bodies, but the X-T5 pairs that sensor with classic SLR styling, retro dials, dual card slots, and weather-sealing.

That design is really the reason to opt for the X-T5 over another model, like the similar X-T50. The X-T50 is a more affordable version of the X-T5 that has the same sensor, in-body stabilization, and autofocus system. The pricier camera pairs that tech with a faster 15fps mechanical shutter and a larger buffer, but the biggest differences are in the camera’s design. The X-T5 has dual card slots, an ISO dial, weather-sealing, a higher-resolution EVF, a better screen, and a higher-capacity battery.

The deal pairs the X-T5 with what DCW testers called “a compact ‘kit' zoom that doesn’t compromise on image quality.” The 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 is a rather compact zoom that, like the X-T5, is built with weather sealing. Sharpness and color are excellent, as this is a lens that’s built for Fujifilm’s higher-resolution 40MP sensors.

The X-T5 is one of Fujifilm’s more popular high-end models – though it’s not as impossible to find as options like the viral X100VI. Discounts don’t come around very often, making this a very tempting deal for photographers eyeing a higher-end Fujifilm kit.

The biggest hesitation for many will simply be the X-T5’s age. The X-T5 launched in 2022, and now that Fujifilm has updated nearly every model with its fifth-generation sensor and processor, fans are eagerly waiting to see what’s next.
