Geminid meteor shower 2023: how to photograph the spectacle this week!

The Geminid meteor shower has already started appearing in the night sky. It occurs between December 4 to December 20, 2023, but will peak on the nights of December 13, 14 and 15, 2023, when you could see up to 150 meteors an hour whooshing through the sky. 

With the right astrophotography tools, it's possible to photograph shooting stars on any night of the year. But meteor showers like the Geminid bring lots of opportunities for stunning night sky photography.
