. While this has now been replaced by the R6 Mark II, the original R6 is still a very capable camera with 4K60p video recording, 12fps, and a great 20MP full-frame sensor.

The Canon EOS R6 centres around a 20MP full-frame CMOS sensor, striking a great balance between resolution and efficiency, making it particularly suited for workflows targeting web and small print outputs. Alongside stills, this sensor facilitates UHD 4K video recording at up to 60 fps and Full HD at 120 fps for captivating slow-motion footage. 

Internally, recordings are captured in 4:2:2 10-bit, with support for Canon Log and HDR-PQ, providing enhanced control over color rendition and catering to high dynamic range output. Moreover, Dual Pixel CMOS AF is available across all recording settings, ensuring precise focus, while external recording through the HDMI port enables clean 4K output to an optional external recorder.
