Huawei has recently announced the Huawei P50 series, including the vanilla P50 and the P50 Pro. Both handsets include improved Leica-branded cameras with 10-channel color sensors and new telephoto modules. Meanwhile, the Huawei P50 will feature either a Kirin 9000 or Snapdragon 888 chipset, while the base Huawei P50 model will only offer the Snapdragon 888.

For those that remember Huawei's initial prowess in the 5G field, you might be surprised to learn that both the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro won't have any 5G capabilities, even though both chipsets are capable of it.
