With so many photographers making the switch from DSLRs to mirrorless cameras in recent years, the battle for top specs rolls on. We caught up with Carl Hare from Fujifilm as he put forth the case for the Fujifilm X-T4 being up there as the best all-rounder for hybrid stills and video shooters.

Many people love Fujifilm for its Film Simulation modes, and the X-T4 adds yet another new one to the mix: Bleach Bypass. With its cinematic look, this is now being used to get great results in-camera, as opposed to shooting F-Log for grading later – which means that Bleach Bypass enables you get from camera to the end output with minimal color grading and great results.

Along with this, another headline feature that Carl flagged up on Fujifilm's flagship mirrorless camera is the in-body image stabilization system, offering up to 6.5EV of correction – something that's especially useful if you're shooting video. The system features a five-axis mechanism for strong stability, and digital image stabilization can be applied for even more rock-solid performance (though note that this imposes an additional 10% crop).
