As the entire world continues to grapple with the coronavirus crisis, Historic England is calling on people across the country to share images that document their experience of seven days in lockdown. The #PicturingLockdown campaign will run from Wednesday 29 April to Tuesday 5 May, giving you plenty of time to capture an image that best describes your experience of lockdown.

In addition, ten contemporary artists from across the nation have also been chosen to produce their own interpretation of lockdown over the week. Historic England's aim with this project is to create a unique and reflective record of a week across the nation in this extraordinary moment in history.
