A high-capacity MagSafe power bank makes changing on the go a snap, but its bulky size lets its portability down

Digital Camera World Verdict

There are a lot of MagSafe power banks out there, but if you want one that ticks pretty much every box then this is the one for you. High capacity 10,000mAh battery life, 15W MagSafe power, 20W PD USB-C charging, and a kick-stand for propping your phone up for videos, check check check. The only downside is all this comes at the cost of a bigger and bulkier power bank to carry around and your phone more awkward to hold.

MagSafe is one of the most genuinely useful smartphone innovations of recent years, solving the issue of aligning wireless devices with a wireless charging coil that for so long has held back the more widespread adoption of wireless charging over more cumbersome wired connections.

MagSafe has unleashed a wave of new chargers and power banks that can lock onto an iPhone using powerful magnets. From desktop or bedside table charging docks to portable power banks, Ugreen, and other manufacturers have been trying to invent new, smaller, or more powerful devices to take advantage of MagSafe.

This is a much smaller option than the Ugreen but only features half the capacity as the Ugreen (5,000mAh vs 10,000mAh), the wireless charging is also limited in speed versus the Ugreen. But if portability and ease of use are key, the Belkin is the one to get.

If you just want to charge your phone quickly and as many times as possible without having to recharge your power bank, then it is hard to beat the Ugreen 25,000mAh power bank, with up to 145W output and a huge capacity that is two and a half times bigger than the Ugreen MagSafe power bank.
