Samsung’s new 30TB SSD is the largest of its kind

Samsung’s new PM1643 is a solid-state drive (SSD) offering twice the capacity and performance of its previous record-breaker, the 15.36TB version announced back in March 2016.

With 30.72TB of storage available, this is the world’s highest-capacity solid state drive. It’s fast as well, offering read and write speeds of 2,100Mbps and 1,700Mbps respectively, which are almost double that of its 2016 predecessor.
