Pre-order the Nikon Z5 from Amazon Australia and snag an accessory for free

The Nikon Z5 was announced in July and the latest entry-level full-frame mirrorless camera is now available to pre-order from major Aussie retailers, including Amazon Australia.

As a pre-order, you're not going to see any discounts on the camera's price tag, but there is a little something you'll be able to get for free to sweeten the deal – when you pre-order the Z5 from Amazon via the Nikon Store on the e-commerce giant's marketplace, you become eligible to a snag a bonus accessory worth up to AU$450.

The choice of accessory is yours – you can choose between the FTZ mount adapter (perfect for existing Nikon users who already own F mount lenses) worth AU$450, the MB-N10 battery grip worth AU$350 (for those who need extra power), or the Nikon SB-700 Speedlight flash worth AU$400.

All you have to do to avail this offer is to pre-order the brand-new camera by 11:59pm on August 27 (which is when the pre-order ends), then head to the Z5's product page on the Nikon website and follow the instructions on-screen to get your bonus accessory.

While the pre-order ends this month, the last date to redeem your free accessory is September 30, 2020.

You will also need to register your camera and lens with My Nikon Life by setting up a profile (if you don't already have one) and adding the serial number for both items by September 30.

Pre-order this brand-new kit from Amazon Australia and you automatically qualify for a bonus accessory – an FTZ lens adapter, the Nikon MB-N10 battery grip or the Nikon SB-700 Speedlight – available via redemption directly from My Nikon Life.  While the Z5 is not as budget-friendly as Canon's EOS RP, you get a 24.3MP full-frame CMOS sensor and in-body image stabilisation as well. It also brings with it plenty of the Z6's other excellent features, including the 273-point hybrid AF system and a 3690k-dot electronic viewfinder.
