The Nikon D600 – release date scheduled for just a week’s time, on September 18, 2012 – boasts a new 24.3-megapixel FX-format CMOS sensor and is Nikon’s smallest and lightest FX-format camera on the market, weighing approximately 760g and measuring 141 x 113 x 82mm.
