Filters

Hi,

I'm looking at getting a 'filter kit' and have been looking at the following.

What kit would I be better buying? Any advice on a different brand?

My lens is a Tamron 18-270mm, the thread size is 62mm.

The 85mm (P) would be wide enough for that lens. However, if you ever plan to get a wide angle like a 10 - 20, consider the 100mm (Z).

Other brands to consider: Kood and Formatt/Hi-Tech. You can consider Lee, but probably do not want to spend that much

what do you want/need the filters for? That will also help with recommending a kit.

Thanks for the reply, I'll embarrassingly admit that I assumed they would be a handy bit of kit to have, just in case!
