Very nice indeed.
Love the sunlight streaming through the clouds in the second one, but they're all very good.

It's not too easy to pick a favourite as they are all good, but as you ask, I'll say I prefer the 4th one down (the lighthouse in the setting sun). I say this because I love the sky, very dramatic, and the sun looks great. The higgeldy piggeldy white wall catches my eye too, it's got interesting lines, and they lead nicely into the photo.

I'd go for number two but would increase the contrast and play with curves to increase the effect of the rays.
