Nice shot but not quite sure how I feel about this shot as I am not quite sure what I am supposed to be looking at if that makes sense.

Personally I would have tried maybe less grave stones but closer in and more dominent.

I can understand you were trying to capture the mist and the grave yard scene but think a better angle or composition may have given more impact.

That of course is just my opinion

Was all a bit of pre hallowween fun. No real kinda focal point. I have added a ghost now to the image on my desktop and gonna send it into my local rag to see if they will print it on halloween haha!

Glad you commented - appreciate it.

I like it. It's eerie and this sort of shot should be I guess. I agree with what Dave says about making the gravestones stand out more. I feel that would have added to the feel of the photo. And (this is being really picky) the leaves in the top left stand out too much, as if they don't really fit in with the rest of the photo.
My thoughts only, and overall I like it, I think it works.

And I think you should send it into the local rag.

Well done on capturing the atmosphere of the location Chris but personally I think this type of image would benefit from a more unusual camera angle , something like a low level shot shooting through some grass or a bush or having a head stone right up close to capture the detail of the stone and then the rest of the graveyard in the background .
The only reason I say that is because the shot looks like a cross between a landscape and a mood image , just my thoughts .

hi not bad you are lead into the picture and it is a misty view. For me it might have been better to use the stones in for ground and get closer and then put in some more mist to make them the focal point. Just a suggestion. Thanks for sharing
