I was thinking of entering this:

Cold hoar frost

But I took it on the Thursday, before I saw the theme, so I didn't feel that it qualified. Maybe next time!!

Thanks for the compliment Jediboy. That cold snap we had seemed to end as soon as the competition was set!!

Im hoping once Christmas is over, I can get back on track and concentrate on my photography. Home events since August have been taking over but I think we are over the worst now. I have missed it..my entries have been rushed, not thought out and it shows.

Well done to Cutter and Bielix89. 2 very strong entries. Great to have Cutter back on board and Bielix newly onboard. Ups and downs later.

Does anyone know what shop in the UK normally stocks Practical Photoshop mag? ? I can't find one and need one this month as I have a photo in there for critique. Can anyone help?

Well done Cutter and Bielix89. Good efforts.

Ups - Hey bud it's cold outside.
Good photo and got my vote. Its well composed and exposed and a cold beer will always have a good chance of winning for me. The white area also portrays a feeling of cold, as well as the cold beer itself. Good work.

Downs - Cold is not the same for everyone.
Good effort again and I can see why this was a joint winner, it conveys a powerful message. However, for me, the overall feeling of the photo is one of wet as opposed to cold. Just my take on the photo though. Well done.
