I don't think that issue is officialy on sale yet, I subscribe to the electronic version and haven't had my copy yet so I suspect you subscribe to the printed edition!

I believe the February issue goes officialy on sale on the 8th January which maybe why it is not applying the offer code. I am pretty sure when I subscribed to the printed edition I got it a week earlier then it went on general sale!

This offer does indeed go live on 8 January – the official on-sale date of the February edition of the magazine. Some subscribers have received their issues early. Try again on 8 Jan and you should be able to claim your discount!

I have different problem. I managed to use the coupon, but from Paypal I got redirected back to the website and told that they were unable to process Paypal payments at the moment (Paypal was the only option for paying) and to try again. I did this three times ......and have now been sent four 'order received' emails and been charged four times via Paypal. Have sent an email requesting three refunds and for them only to send one kit, but so far haven't heard back......
