Woodland Flare

Took this at St Ives country park, in Bradford. The shadows were amazing, and the I wanted to make the most of these and also the light coming through the trees. I would have liked to get lower down, but I was sinking in a bog at the time.

Lighten it a bit, to show detail on nearest trees, and, warm it up a bit. Big difference. Ed

Well done on keeping the detail in the trees with such a bright back light , I quite often try placing the sun directly behind the tree to lessen the effects caused by the strong light but you have managed it with the sun in full view .

Sorry it's taken two months to comment on your image , you seemed to of slipped through the net .

No problem on the late response.....I took it as a good sign.....that there was nothing to say on an image hat was just right! ;-)

It took a bit of editting to get some of the detail back. will try and lighten it up and see what I can do.

Cheers.
