Not entering this week cannot find a subject to combine Health AND Beauty so processed for 2 other weekly comps instead, you can only do so many things in 3 days?

I'm struggling too and doubt I'll get an entry in. My wife is beautiful and healthy but a bit too camera shy.

Its easy once you know how!!

From your gallery on here, copy the direct link code. Click on the little picture of the mountain (can you see it at the top of this box?). remove the http text already in then paste your link.

It will look look like[IMG some text IMG]

ok, now highlight this new code (from [img right to the IMG] at the end) . Then click on the icon above of the world with the chain link.

Paste in the direct link code again (the one you copied initially from your gallery). It will look like this[URLsome text URL]

Tada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I hope)

As seen as there's not many managed one this week, I will post what I did manage to take, though not so keen on it. Looking at it again, maybe its not so bad after all!
