Serene Smile

Hi,

I would like to get your feedback with my shot below. This was a photo shoot with model, Marii, along the shoreline of Lake Ontario. There were some vegetation in the area and used that as the background.

Thanks in advance.

Serene Smile

Hi Mark... I can see it perfectly on this post... are you getting an error?
I'll try posting from another host.

I can see it now , no error or any sign of it at all on the original post .

I've never done any kind of portrait work myself so I'm probably not the best person for critique but my personal feeling about your portrait is that the background on the right is a bit too over exposed to the point that it has become distracting and her hand at the bottom left looks a bit disconnected from her body .

Having said that I think it's a beautiful portrait and I love the side ways look , the focus , exposure and colouring all work perfectly with your model , well done .

Thanks Mark... duly noted on the exposure level on the right and the hand... thanks for pointing those out... now that you made me see it.. it is distracting..

thanks again.
