You've got a wonderful effect on the water.
The area just to the right of the waterfall as you look at it seems a little dark, but overall it's a great photo.

V nice shot, I am a personal fan of the milky water effect and this is a great example. Well done.

Very nice example of slow water and you've got the composition of the scene spot on , as Jediboy said the shadows on the right could do with the detail being lifted a bit but that is just my personal choice .
