Back in Austria

Now in Austria and a picture of the flowers in a small church in Bad Bleiberg, in Kärnten

There is a huge harley Davidson meeting in Kärnten at the moment attracting 250,000 bikers on more than 100,000 harleys. Outside our hotel, about 50 were parked up. Before leaving for Vienna I grabbed a shot of one or two of them:

About 200km of a 350km journey were done so we stopped for a drink and the rolling hills south of Vienna greeted us:

I took a late night stroll through Vienna last night with my new Benro lightweight tripod. Vienna is a great city with so much great architecture.

I love the lighting in the first pic, though I'd be tempted to crop off the carpet at the bottom. The rolling hills shot looks like a place we stopped for a pee on a football trip. We stayed in Bratislava and travelled to Vienna by bus.

Am now back in the UK, spending a few days working in London. Before I left Vienna, I went for a good wander.
