You've captured the hustle and bustle of Vietnam brilliantly , you can almost hear the traffic .

I find the line doen the windoew frame distracting. Had this not been there, and you had used the window frame as a natural frame for your photo, it might have had a more striking effect. I like the B&W conversion.

Great image, agree that it catches the hustle and bustle really well.
And as mentioned it works well in B&W.
I see what Chris says about the window frame, I personally prefer this as it give the image a raw atmosphere, as if you're there. Just my thoughts though.

Have to say I'm with Jediboy on the matter of the window , as a rule I'm not a fan of things cutting across an image but in this case it does add an extra dimension to the shot and helps to put you in the photographers shoes .

My thoughts exactly Mark.

Normally the frame would cut the image in half, but it seems to work here. But yes, generally I'd avoid the distraction and frame the photo like Chris says.
