Help
I am trying to upload a photo but it returns with 'invalid file" I have tried to find a help option but perhaps its me, I can't find one. I am sending from a Mac - does this make a difference. Any advice would be appreciated before I give up trying.

Hi Sue ,

The Mac shouldn't make any difference the biggest problem is the file size , try keeping it under 1MB and see how you get on .
