Panasonic Lumix TZ35
I am new to the forum, so I am unsure if the problem below is a common one and may have been answered earlier in this thread.
I purchased yesterday the above camera. I am familair with the Lumix range as my previous camera is a Lumix, but after 4 years of faultless snapping, I felt it was time to upgrade. As I say I am familair with the camera so immediately I changed some setting - Assit red light - turned off, digit zoom turned on etc etc.
There are two issues I have which I am struggling to resolve, and I wonder whether I have purchased a faulty camera:-
1) The settings do not save, each time I turn off and on the camera the settings revert back to factory settings
2) The video recorder plays back with no sound. On the camera there is sound but on a PC, not tried it on any other device, there is no sound even with the sound control up to its loudest.
Have I missed something simple with both these problems.
