Bluuuuur. Help

Can anyone tell me why is it I am getting blury pictures when I am using a tripod? I have icreased my fstop gradually to no avail, I have inrcresed and decresed my shutter speed, I am using my timer function and have focused manually and auto. The thing is I see so many sharp images, am I missing something ?

took a pic of a tree stump, f14.0 o.3sec, iso100 at300m , Ther is hardly anything thats clear in the photo . used a tripod and timer

sounds like its out of focus but cant tell with out seeing it

also 3 sec at 300 mm is a big ask

Tried all settings but got the same result. focused manually and auto . ps dont know how to insert a photo

This is not easy but its the best way in windows

first you have to upload the pic to your gallery then select it, at the top right corner you will see a plus sign,

Right click and select copy shortcut

then come back to this thread
click post reply

then click the icon that looks like a little mountain and paste(ctrl-V) the address in to the dialog box

remember to enable scripts or it wont work

hope this works

I see what you mean, it looks like movement to me
you realy will have to up the shutter speed and maybe put a weight on your tripod as it seems to let your camera move

so much for my tripod!!!! it should have been a better picture than that,with the camera and the setting. Will see what a fater shutter speed does! Watch this space.

well it might just be shutter shake so keep the mirror locked up if you can

I would turn up the iso as 100 is quite low for telephoto work that will give you a few stops more

Mirror lock up +1 on that advice. Also what tripod is it- are we talking manfrotto or brandless Jessops?
