I think that the big sign would be better offset to the side. It's pretty near the middle of the frame. The left side seems really busy with loads going on, and in stark contrast the right side is calm with not much going on. That's not a criticism, just an observation. Nicely exposed with detail in the sky and the foreground.

I'm not sure what to say in terms of focusing. Presumably you focused on the sign. The writing on the signs is in focus, sharp and easy to read. There's reasonable 'sharpness' throughout the image.

Focus looks spot on , exposure looks spot on , the image itself I take it is just a test shot ?
