Hmm, river looks beautiful along with that old bridge and the trees on the left hand side.
However I think that tower/apartment block in the middle is a little bit of an eyesore. The photo has no main focal point either, nothing to draw your eye in. I don't know where you were standing but perhaps if you had kneeled down and picked a bit of foreground interest and tried to avoid the apartment building? Only my opinion , but good shot  Mark
