camera raw 6.6 tool availability

As a relative beginner with digital cameras, I am using the entry level canon 1100d and also using photoshop elements 10. I am trying to follow the video tutorials on the magazine disc about editing my Raw images, however, after opening an image into the Raw editor I only have very few adjustment options, i.e basic, detail and camera settings. The tutor on the video is using many more options such as greyscale etc. Am I using a different version of acr 6.6?

The difference is that you are using elements. All the other tools are only found in CS, the full version of Photoshop.

Yes, another marketing 'tool' by Adobe....... "You can only have so much in Elements - we really want you to buy CS#".
