A nice couple of photos Alf.

I think the first one could do with a little editing to remove the pylon and electricity lines from above the right gate post, also there's a aircraft con trail above the hut which should be fairly easy to clone out.

I'm not sure if the second photo is suffering from a bit of barrel distortion, the door looks to be wider at the top, than at the bottom, but the sides of the hut (especially the right hand side) look like they are leaning to the right. I wonder whether you can correct this in pp.

Cheers

Nick

I really like the composition of the first one. Positioned off-centre your eye is drawn to the hut, then to the gateway and the view in the distance. It's a very nice way of drawing you in to the shot.

Thanks for the comments guys
Nick nothing seems square on that building in the second shot it may be the tilt of the camera though.

Here is the first edited

You know I would not have even noticed the pylon if It hadn't been mentioned :-) Its a very nice composition, do you have the colour version as well?

Good work Alf, looks great now.

Karen, I only noticed the pylon from looking at the image full size. I'd recommend looking at them as large as you can, there's so much lovely detail and different textures in the sides of the shed and the rocks/stones on the ground.

Regards

Nick

When I took this I visualised it to be B&W and if it was in my film days I would have taken it on B&W so no the colour version so do not intend to show it as one. I have not processed this in colour and have no interset in doing so really.

Thanks for the comments Nick.
