NPhoto mag on Twitter

I am somewhat disappointed that when NPhotomag tweet on Twitter, that they are not prepared to answer questions there....they just use Twitter to advertise mag and features....why?? Twitter is for two way tweeting, NPhotomag...with your paying customer, at least...
