Right idea, good composition. A graduated filter, or some PS work could balance out the sky to the land more.

Was it shot in RAW or JPEG as it was RAW you may be able to recover some detail.

Did you bracket the shot?
A ND grad would have cured it. Even in low light siruations you get a big difference between the land and sky
