February Moon, once more, with feeling

So I took the advice given here and used live view to focus, which I had been doing, but I discovered that I can zoom in live view! I think this made a difference. Opinion?

On a somewhat loosely related topic, I saw that they may be doing a remake/update of Space 1999!

It was a 250, at 250 f/11 and shutter of 1/125. It is cropped a lot to fill the frame as much as is does. Even a 300 may not seem like much more but it would make a difference.

To get the moon to fill the frame you'd need something like a 2000mm lens and there aren't many of them available at an affordable price. Great shot of the moon btw.
