Up - The Abbey A great photo, and a place I would like to visit! It has a great moody sky

Down - Isolated. A great minimalist photo. I could see this framed on a wall somewhere.

Great win ClickinGirl, well deserved....got my vote from the moment I saw it.......great shot.

Kicking myself over mine, I did have it as "pure" black and white, but I wanted to add a slight yellow tone to it to give it an "old, vintage" look.......trouble is, once all the others were in, mine stuck out like a sore thumb....note to self......don't lose sight of the theme parameters for the sake of personal taste......

Hello everyone! Sorry it is so late but I have been a bit under the weather today and am only now getting on my computer. Wow! Thanks sooooo much to everyone who voted for me it is much appreciated! I voted for The Abby. I loved this shot from the moment I saw it. Very strong sky and beautiful architecture! Very nice image Paul!

I did not have a below but I did want to say that Sophie came in a close 2nd on my vote! Beautiful little girl and I am absolutely a sucker when it comes to children!

I think all the photos in this entry were very good and it was very hard for me to choose so great job to everyone!! Headed over to post a subject this weekend!

Very nice shot Dan, I need to get myself to some good sea scape locations despite being coastal here (exmouth is a bit naff for rocks and foreground interest) it does involve some driving which with family commitments never seems convenient

Glad you got your car sorted it isn't until they go wrong you realise how dependant you are on them, my wifes GP stopped her from driving for six months until she had an operation which thankfuly was successful so she can drive again but that made life very difficult with a little one that goes to school 6 miles away.
