Really like the Black bird shot the sideways look is great and I know from my own experience of shooting these birds in my back garden how difficult it is to get the exposure right and yours is spot on , great detail in the feathers without blowing the highlights .

By the way what on earth is that poor duck swimming in , it looks like the local dump . ( no offense )

Thanks Mark.

The Teal is in the river Tame near Hampstead in Birmingham. It use to be a open sewer forty years ago but has been cleaned up. The spot he was swimming in was shielded from the afternoon sun by a large bank, so it appears worse than it is.
