Sheringham

A couple of images taken recently at the Fishermans Heritage Centre Sheringham North Norfolk coast. Experimenting with HDR and Photoshop, any comments, good or bad, welcome.

I like HDR, though they are a bit like Marmite.

I like the rendition and colours in the first one. I think the second one has too much empty space and might look better in a letterbox with just the top half.

I'm not a great fan of the HDR effect that can make the image look over processed but these shots have a really interesting mix of vibrant colour and subtle tones that give the image a whole new almost surreal atmosphere to them .

Nice to see a twist on this technique .

Thanks for all the comments - I have to admit to massive over the top HDRing on my first few attempts - i just like experimenting with texture and colour by using photoshop and various filters
