Deena, thank for your comments. It is actually a white feather and i did use macro. I photographed it many times to get clarity and to make sure it was High Key given what i had researched on th net about the subject. Beitng a feather it is kinda flat anyway, lol.

My up was the rose. Very colourful and a nice clear shot.

My down was the Addidas trainer. I liked the black and white feel to this but wondered at the angle you chose.

Well done TwinnieE, let's see if you can make it a hattrick! I voted for your shot- I loved the composition, the pink cake case was a good feature at the front of the shot, and it looked so tasty.

I really liked White Roses, but I thought the red vase distracted a bit from the beauty of the flowers.

High Key Ingrediants was so clear, it looked like it could have been published in a magazine.

I loved the composition of The Flower, but it is a bit grainy when you zoom into full size.

My Sweet Boy was so cute- this would be lovely to have as a canvas on your wall! Well done.

I liked My Beautiful Wife, but I think it may have been more effective with a clearer image.

High Key Cake was a lovely, clear image- I'm just very against borders, I think you either love or hate them, and this took away from the imge for me! I would have just given it a closer crop, but this is all my personal opinion!

Jar of Hearts was lovely- this was my second fave, but the cake looked too yummy!

High Key Rose was so clear, you've got a brilliant depth of field and the lighting worked perefectly.

White feather was nice, I don't know if it would have benefitted from a tighter crop.

I loved the reflective of Keep on Running and the unusual angle, I could imagine this being part of a highly effective advertising campaign for Adidas.

I liked the off centre composition of Clean Light, a really interesting, unusual picture.

Emily's shoe was a nice composition as well, I don't know if it would have been better with a higher contrast instead of off key because of the brightness of the shoe.

Not very much criticism here, just me praising the pics ha. Well done guys!

hey hedgehog i know what your saying about my high key cake pic but without the border it was a pretty bland image TBH! I did think about a closer crop but i didn't like the way that looked either!!
Don't worry no offence taken BTW

Thanks kezpok, really appreciate that. I'd like to say I plan it all but, "throw it all together" and see what happens sums it up pretty much. :-)
