Black and White Masterclass Letter

I've just read the letters section in issue 122 where an "irritated" reader was disappointed with the B+W masterclass section. I for one didn't feel short changed. Ten pages is more than enough for one feature and if I really wanted a deep dive on the subject I would buy a book. The magazine offers a good balance of features, interviews, reviews and technique. After all there are only 160 pages so you have to maintain a balance for all sections and reader interests.

Just MHO since the magazine asked for it.

I find there are a lot of these people who are never satisfied. ten pages sounds like a good artical in mag and as you said if one wants to make deeper inquiries get book, and go out with camera in hand and try it your self after all practice is abetter teacher

Ten pages is a long magazine article. Not many magazines will dedicate more than three or four pages.
