User photos

Is there any way details can be included with users photographs displayed on the website about equipment used, aperture, speed, etc as I feel this would be helpful to others

I seem to recall that the EXIF data was shown in the Beta version of the Gallery software when you clicked on 'See full description'. This assumes, of course, that the EXIF data is still in the image file when you upload it.

For example this image from my gallery contains the following EXIF data but none of it shows.

Camera Make: Canon
Camera Model: Canon EOS-1D Mark II N
Image Date: 2009:07:10 14:51:24
Flash Used: No
Focal Length: 400.0mm
CCD Width: NaNmm
Exposure Time: 0.0020 s (1/500)
Aperture: f/5.6
ISO equiv: 100
White Balance: Auto
Exposure: aperture priority (semi-auto)
Photographer: Norman Law
Copyright: Norman Law

Another example of this website not designed for photographers. The image data is as important as the photo, in showing how the picture was taken and the settings used.

Well that's one question cleared up then. I was wondering what motivates you to keep visiting this site other than having nothing better to do all day and to chalk up the number of your post of course.
