It says what the criteria is on the linked page:

It's more for you then Karen. We can go together; I do drink, but not to excess (though I haven't had a German beer for years, and they don't come in small glasses!), I've given up smoking in 1984, and am not a party animal.
Above all, I (used to) speak (tolerable) German, which might come in handy.

It tends to go rusty if I haven't used it for some time, but it normally polishes up in no time. And here a beer does certainly help!

Let me know if/when you enter, so I can start saving for the journey and a reasonable hotel!

Struth! If it took 15 years to complete those projects it might be a long time before any of them display any technical know-how! (with a couple of honourable exceptions, that is)
