Flashgun Required

Just looked at the link re YN-465 flashguns and wondered if this would be ok for my 40D.
I do not use a gun a lot, normally use perminent lighting for what i do but a cheapish flashgun would be good.
Any advice please.
Thanks
Jeff

I've just got a Nissin Di622 for the wife. I gave her my 550D a while back when I upgraded but wanted to keep my Di866 as its such a good flash. The one I brought was £95 from a reliable ebay seller and for the price it's an amazingly powerful flash. Can be used as an off camera wireless flash with the right body as well which is always a bonus. Overall I say it's great, well built, fast recharge and very powerful.
