Nikon have now announced the replacement for the P300. It now has a 16mp sensor and improved rear screen. It also has an fn button on the front. Is it worth the upgrade? Your opinions are sought...

I don't like the tiny sensor size. 1/2.3-inch might be all right for point-and-shoot cameras, but not a serious model for enthusiasts. Also, that f/1.8 lens drops to f/4.9 at full zoom. Disappointing.
