Activity on the forum has been very subdued of late. Not much chat, not many entries, not many votes.

Everyone is probably waiting for 'THE CHANGE,' and hoping for the best.

It's about time you posted something in Flickr Don! You've got an excellent collection of contacts, but not a single picture.
You must be the only one starting out 'collecting' loads of contacts, before even posting the first picture.

Yeah, it's been a quiet week. I think Reinardina's right; who wants to post content and images when they thing they'll all get wiped. Having said that, I've just been busy on other stuff and haven't been online much - maybe others are the same.

Yep I have been busy shoving Rabbits in front of moving vehicles

Only joking BTW it wasn't real or was it

Definately quiet though.

Looks like it is congratulations to Reinardina for her "work in progress", near to my heart and got my vote as i like street art.

Up Reinardina. Liked the boldness of the guy in the picture, nice composition and as said got my vote.

Down - Mark, another great shot fitting the bill perfectly and to be honest i wanted to vote for this as well, just prefered the boldness of Reinardina's Silhouette.

As for me, well it was a point and shoot moment whilst out shopping as i had totally forgot about the competition so i expected no more than a fat 0.

Well done to all.

Thanks Jeff, for both your vote and your comment.

Seems I am indeed the winner this week. I'm glad I cropped my entry at the last minute, I think it improved it a lot.

I'm thrilled of course, but a pity the comp seems to be dying on its feet at the moment!

I'm just back from my 'rangering' and have to go out again soon, so I'll think about the next brief while out. Got a few ideas, don't know yet which one to go for.

Ups 'n downs.

Up: Jeff's Café Life. In spite of your own negative comments, I liked it a lot. It reminded me of the wintry days I used to go shopping with friends and always paused for coffee. It definitely had the 'feel good' factor for me, and it was my second choice.

Down: JerryWSL's 'Young Love.' Beautiful colours and great composition. I would have liked to be able to see it a bit better, but it was not clickable, so I did not really see the young lovers of the title. Pity.

I was torn between Jeff's entry and Mark's, but in the end the 'feel good factor' gave way to the sheer quality of the evening scene. So my vote went to Mark

It feels good to be able beat you, every now and again Mark! No hard feelings I hope?

Thanks Kez. Yes I am of course, but I was dead lucky with my shot. Never seen graffiti artists at work before, and to find that they did not mind me taking pictures, was a totally unexpected bonus.
