I was impressed with blackpools footy stadium, last time I saw it, it was a shed!!!! Lovely ground. We drew today (Sunderland) so 1 more point...
Sorry you didn't have a good time Chris.
I have had panic attacks and know how you feel.
Glad your husband came to your rescue.
I take calm tablets to help me sometimes especially on car journeys.

Hope your feeling better now you are home.
At least your team drew.
Take Care

Hugs

You know what Twinnie, I have had so much support from my friends and family I really appreciate it. Kind words make all the difference.

You should have got a 7D stir stir

Seriously I think you have made the right decision based on what you said in the other threads primarilly it is lighter and the articulated screen will be helpful if you have back and neck issues.

It is quite an upgrade from your 1000D but don't get bogged down with all the new stuff to start with the basics of photography remain the same you will just have a better tool to achieve what you want When you start using it things will jump out as being better and once you have got comfortable with your new camera then start delving.

If the manual is like the 7D's then it will pretty much tell you what it does and how to operate it but not why so you may want to consider a 3rd party book such as this or this.

Most of all have fun DD

You do realise that I will expect to be able to produce perfect professional photos every time and win the weekly and monthly comp all the time now don't you.......lol (joking)

When I bought the 1000D, I hadn't a clue! I didn't know anything about taking photos never mind the camera setting etc. This time I'm hoping to be able to get to grips with it fairly fast in comparison to before. Just wish I had ordered it a few days sooner, as Im in the college studio shooting portraits tomorrow and will have to use the 1000D.
