Got one of my photos published!

Hi All,

Haven't been on in a week or so! I went to our annual fair the other week and took a few pictures. Was quite happy with the results so I sent them into the local paper and they printed one on page 3 (before you ask its not that sort of paper!).

Here is my picture they printed:

Canon 60D
Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC HSM OS
f16
4 seconds
ISO 100

Two more from the same night:

Canon 60D
Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC HSM OS
f20
2 seconds
ISO 100

Canon 60D
Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC HSM OS
f20
2.5 seconds
ISO 100

Cheers for looking

Congratulations Dave. Great set of pics.

It is a great feeling to see your pics in print. I have had a few as photo of the week in our local rag, a few on the BBC Radio Wales website in their Your Pictures section and a few in a magazine where I too have supplied one for their next issue in the critique section (oh dear!!! ).

Always a good feeling to see your pix in print. My first was about 45 years ago, but I still get a kick when it happens today.

Well done, nice study.
