I like all three Dan, but if I had to pick a favourite it would be your shot of Portland Bill lighthouse. I think the composition works best in this shot and the quality of the light seems better too.

#1 Too much concreted breakwater - but the sky's nice!

#2 Quite like this one although it's slightly indecisive with the 50:50 of sky:sea. I might've preferred it if you could get down to the left and get the rock against the sky and you closer to the sea

#3 Very nice. Despite the long exposure there's enough interest in the water to carry the shot and the clouds haven't gone too motion-blurred (the scarcity helps!)

Thanks Mark, I see what you mean, i now the horizon is central and all that, a lower angle would have been nice, but as portland goes it can be a bit dangerous to do so, And i Ddint have my Headlight with me, I did have one of portland with a longer exp, so more cloud movement, but much preffered this Version,

Thanks

Dan

Great shots Dan, I love the second one. What ND filter did you use on these?

Thanks Dave, Just ND Grads, no Solid nd's, the 2nd one is a 2 frame blend, as the rock was in far to much shadow for 2 stacked grads,
Glad you liek them,

Dan
