Cheers Matt, will give it a try. If I did doenload elements or whatever (clearly I will have to pay for it), I would (I presume) get a unique licence number. What would happen if I got a new PC? Could my licence transfer?

Picasa supports Raw and it free use this for exposure adjustments then open them in pixlr which is a great program and tweek your levels and curves.

U sure picassa supports RAW? I tried and it wouldn't play....
