Layers APP on iPad

Had anyone purchased the Practical Photoshop Layers download from the Digital Camera magazine app? I can't download the files that comes with it. It says:

1. Attach iPad to computer with iTunes. Done.
2. Select you iPad and select Apps from the top menu. Done
3. Scroll down to File Sharing and select this app's icon. Huh?

When I scroll down I find serval apps that I can exchange documents with but none with AN APP called "Digital Camera" or "Practical Photoshop" or "Layers"

Can someone tell me what this APP is called? Thanks.

So I buy the Practical Photoshop Layers and Mask App from the APP Store (via Digital Camera Magazine) on my iPad and of course the user files aren't where the App states. I use this forum to seek help with no replies. Can anyone tell me how to contact a human being with Digital Camera Magazine to either get my support files or my money back? I live in the U.S. so a real email address would be preferable. Apparently the staff of Digital Camera Magazine doesn't frequent this forum. Thanks!
