Hi Andy

I do like that kind of shot, but that's not really on theme. In some way, you, have to do the light painting or Graffiti.

Some examples are:

Light Painting.
If you were to go to the Angel of the North statue, (which is not lit up at night) and put your camera on bulb or 30 sec exposure, then shine a torch all over it (i.e. paint the statue with light.

Graffiti.
Again, you'd need a dark place. You'd set your camera up and move a light about to create the image. Imagine the effect when you move a sparkler around on fireworks night for example. In fact, a sparkler could be used too.

Tried this once before and just didn't work out so waaaaaay out of my comfort zone so an excellent choice and a chance for me to have another go

My head is full of ideas.......they keep coming at me. My problem is, I'm great at coming UP with the ideas but rubbish at bringing them to life!!!!!

No problem we have all done it at some point, you should be able to delete the post (if you wish), to do that go to the page with it on and locate the post, click edit and there should be a button to delete it below the post.
