This is just what they say, it will probably turn up before then. They give a longer delivery time so that in the event it gets delayed you can't complain as they told you it was going to take a week.
If I'm not in a hurry I often opt for the free shipping which should take between 3-5 days but I've found that often they still ship the item on the day of ordering. Be patient, it will arrive soon
